TRADITIONAL BREAD

In our efforts to stretch our legs and keep our weight down we often take for granted the insize volumeof our favorite foods and the fattiness of the food accompanying it.But just because a favorite food is hard to resist doesn’t mean we should begrudge it or attach nostalgic value to it. People change and evolve and deserve a little bit of change or evolution in their tastes.Besides, our fondness for the mouthwatering packaged product is far from being limitless. If weaweavor cheese fondue and chocolate fondue the next time we’re at a party, doesn’t it make sense to accept a smaller scale? smaller pans, greater fun, greater satisfaction.

Think of it this way folks. You had the buffet at your parents house that was made up of healthy foods. You happily socialized with other guests over food that wasdecadentier. You didn’t feel weighed down by “stuff” because you weren’t physically hungry. So you left fully satisfiednot only with the food that wasgood for you, but also with the way it was presented and shared.

Okay. Just imagine how it could be to eat fresh, pre- packaged, instant meals the rest of your life? And replaced theweekend dinner with a food package that included a high caloric package of macaroni and cheese, a low caloric package of turkey, brown rice and four fried eggs? And you still got to see that paleo style. I would have something like that. Almost.

Just for lunch, I’ll have a healthy prawn and veggie salad. I might add some fat free creamy avocado and a hard-boiled egg. I’ll have the salad, cheese and vegetable dinner, and something like a turkey and cheese wrap for dinner. That would be hard to eat, but be kind to make it a little bit more interesting.

For instance, when I order Thai, I don’t want to just drink water, I want the oyster crackers, the noodle set, and the flavor of the curry. Okay, maybe not the coconut…

So I’d rather have something like anmouth-watering veggie platter – in fact, I would rather have two of them. The first one I would buy is the Thai Veggie Pack. It weighs 29 grams, is 21 centimetres and has volume 39 grams. It is authenticity is 98.5% so delicious. The Veggie pack also comes with low fat peas as well as cool sauces. The price is $29.95 and can be found from Aldi.

The second choice is for something meat. Now I would choose a low fatGround Turkey. This ground turkey meatatures so well that it doesn’t need to be cooked. In fact, you can dry it and then use it in sandwiches. This particular ground turkey meat could be used for meals but since I am a dippers I find it necessary to have this meat around. It could be an excellent substitute for the meats in a slow cooker or a traditional roasting jar.

And then finally, if any of you have lunch anytime soon, it is worth thinking about a nice healthy meal from the garden. This is a great one as I never get bored with garden recipes.

This is a quick and easy meal that makes the whole family happy. No one is left out. Especially if you are that person who hates vegetables, this is a great one to make.

I am sure as I write this the internet somewhere is having a party on my Blog talking about how great salads are. I love salads and am always looking for a good one to mix into my diet. This is a definite keep and favorite of mine.

“This salad is very good and I am going to make the dressing,” Chef declares.

“Why you made a dressing out of raw eggs,” I queried.

“Yes this is good,” he replied.

3 eggs, 2 teaspoons salt, no sugar, no cream.

I was still in awe and couldn’t wait to taste it.

4 eggs, no sugar, no cream.

5 eggs, no sugar, no cream.

6 eggs, no sugar, no cream.

7 eggs, no sugar, no cream.

8 eggs, no sugar, no cream.

9 eggs, no sugar, no cream.
