I sometimes hear an old adage said, “A sweet man is a wise man”. It rings true on this slight occasion, but I like to think, you know what I mean-a “smart” and “wise” person is better than a “wee man”.
It’s kind of a funny old story, huh? I guess you could say I’m theHistoricalaminitarian, which might better describe my personality. Most people don’t realize that the majority of the society, in some cases, has a direct link to our digestive abilities and the foods that were eaten during our ancestors’ times.
All of the adult diseases now exist as a result of “historically” acquired diseases, such as hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes, and so on. Our disorders do not exist as a direct result of the “unhistorically” acquired diseases of our ancestors. These diseases are mainly diseases of civilization. Our high rates of diseases of civilization are a direct result of the indicative balance of the food/drink we consume, and the sedentary lifestyle. sedentary lifestyle is caused by the diets we consume, or the lack of diets.
Let me break down the non-raw foods to show how “unhealthy” is the majority of the non-raw diets. We will consider alcohol, no beer, no wakes beers, etc. Most alcohol is dried grape juice or alcohol extracted from a fermented fermented grain like sauerkraut, etc.iso alcohol is produced with heat, just like wine. Wine is fermented grapes, called raisins. Wine is also produced from grains such as barley or wheat. Wine is considered as a fermented beverage fermented by yeasts, or probiotics. Examples of wine include Port wine, Pinot Noirs, Chardonnay, champagne, and Absinthe. Although considered alcoholic beverages, they do not cause the same harm to the heart as regular hard liquor. According to the FDA, alcohol is considered a beverage, but it is the fastest growing segment of our beverage industry. The following are the leading reasons for consumption:
I really don’t know about you, but I am trying to lose weight, so I am giving you the “most” benefits from the list of top 10 or so or so “healthier” foods. If you want to lose weight, the first necessary step is switching to a healthy diet. Two pounds of fat is the optimal amount for the average man, women and child. A single pound of fat supplies 3 teaspoons of fat. I am not trying to lead you astray, I am just giving you my opinion of healthier foods.
This is just a partial list of healthier foods. Start switching to a healthy diet today.
Live longer – That is the main reason to change diets. If we live longer, we are able to spend our later years with our loved ones and still have plenty of free time. We can work on the many activities we have during our lifetime. We can take care of our families and ourselves with little stress. There is less of a chance of diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, and heart attacks.
Lower your risk of stroke – A study of 35,000 women and 50,000 men in 8-year increments were given questionnaires about their diets. When the study reported its findings, it was found that women who ate reduced amounts of sodium (500 mg or less) and who took at least 80 milligrams of vitamin C were least likely to have a stroke. In addition, these women (and others who followed the same diet) had less likelihood of developing hypertension, hassles, and depression. Many experts say that as our bodies age, we get older, not younger. This means that we are more at risk for stroke, heart attacks, and other age-related diseases. We can keep our body younger longer with exercise, meditation, yoga, acupressure, etc.
Have more energy – While giving our body an opportunity to function at its highest capability, it will produce the best performance possible. Even if you are an athlete, you can’t get your peak performance if you are not getting the most out of your daily activities. By eating healthier foods that have been prepared as much as possible, you are giving yourself the best chance.
The more you know and eat healthy foods, the more you will achieve the most benefits. When you are confused about what to eat, ask yourself, “Is this whole food or is this refined or processed food?”… and chose the whole food.
