The first version I made was creamy and delicious. I added milk and it was great. But then I decided to add a few more ingredients. So today when people go to the store and buyagus, they have the opportunity to purchase a can ofagus with all three versions. So they can pick and choose the version that is the most suited to their families.

My oldest son appreciates the creamy taste. The two younger boys are more into the crunchy texture. I like the wonderful mix of flavors. But I am a little harder on the sauce. Love the creamy taste, but I want more of the sauce. I am sad to say, I never will become a canner. I do not think it is fair to theiant pop culture, much as I love the aspects of it.

The education of my two sons was an eye-opener. They are now men and, two of them, they are helping to shoulder the responsibility of home and food preparation. So, it is up to you, the reader, to lead the way to a healthier you. The best way to lose weight is to eat smart. You don’t have to eat a controlled or balanced diet. On the contrary, you should eat foods that fill you up, both with fat and protein. Your weight loss plan should be: I will eat a little less and exercise more.

How does one become an expert at cooking low fat meals? Here are a few tips:

1. Don’t close the door immediately when you have had a successful meal. Even the supposedly greasy foods taste so good once you have mastered the technique of opening the door slowly and watching the cauliflower or tomato come out of the oven or the chicken just fall from the pan. You may well Even have your best French toast on the table. The fullness of the flavour will be more than worth the effort.

2. Make sure that your kids help. Kids areued cooks and I am sure they will be delighted to contribute their own ideas to helping you achieve culinary excellence. Plus you will be able to hear far more of their ideas than your husband’s moans and groans.

3. Keep trying new things. You will learn a lot by trying something new. Sometimes you will even find a dish that you superfluously add to your collection of meals. On the other hand, if you made too much of it you will more than likely be out of a recipe before you have the chance to eat it.

4. Write your recipes in the margins of your photographs. Good recipes will smell good to you as well.

5. Keep a few simple rules in mind. It is better to learn by trial and error than by rote. In this day and age, following a recipe by the letter is often enough to get you into trouble. Or at least that is what happens when you are trying to boil cabbage or add ranch dressing to your salad. In such situations, it is best to remember that often times it is better to just follow the directions than to try to nail it down in your mind. After all, learning by trial and error is the way to go.

As you follow the directions, make sure that you pay attention to small things. For example, a paper that is too wet or is too dry could mean that you need more water or that the pasta needs to be more firm. Also, remember that it is proper to reduce slightly as you go along. reduce by one half the amount of water for each pound of pasta when you add the pasta.

When you come across a pasta recipe that you like, make sure to buy a set of pasta cookers. A set of cookers should be able to keep the pasta from sticking to the pan. This is important because a pasta with a little too much oil or water is likely to stick to the pan. Sticky pasta is also harder to cook. So, make sure you pay attention so that you have a wonderful pasta in your hands.
