If the answer to any of these questions is “yes”, then you are likely allergic to some foods. Expathy with food allergy is a complex condition requiring nutritional therapy. If you test positive for allergies to food and other substances, you are likely maleecopathic or allergic to carbonated beverages. The most common allergic foods are milk, eggs, peanuts, and carbonated beverages. The allergic person is most likely male since most allergies, in the past, were associated with milk and milk products.

Blood tests can determine if a person is allergic to a food or group of foods. Sometimes the reaction to a food is so severe that the person requires immediate medical attention.
C-reactive protein is a test that is often used to predict risk from a celebrity heart attack. C-reactive protein levels are increased in people with heart disease and certain types of cancer. Dr. Michael Melamed at the University of Illinois Medical Center advises that all of his patients who test in above average levels should get themselves checked.
The “Food Challenge” is a test given to a person to measure their stored fat and how much of it is released after a meal. This test has been known to identify previously hidden factors that may lead to weight gain. People are asked to fast overnight and then cheat a day later with a low-calorie “diet” or “cheat” day. This stimulates fatty deposits in the arteries and increases the level of C-reactive protein. The more C-reactive protein a person has in the blood stream, the greater the risk of heart disease and cardiovascular problems.
Genetics is not a choice, it is not something you can control, it is not something you feel you have to work on. Genomics is not an excuse to pig out on french fries and increase your waistline. Your genes may have changed over the past 100 years or so, but your current state of health and your future health depends on the choices you make.

They may think they can get all those nutrients from a pill, but what happens when their body can’t use vitamins and minerals found in natural foods?
Have you noticed the trend toward obesity in Americans? No one is fat, but everyone is out of shape. How come? People are eating junk food, and doing it often. Have you noticed how kids have started carrying their own school bags? They learn how to walk and run, but they don’t build strong bones and muscles with good natural nutrition.
Our jobs are to provide good natural food and nutrition, not to intrude on what is best for our families. But the makers of the new drugs rarely consider nutrition when they create artificial things. They think instead about how they can make money.
It’s up to each of us to read labels, ask questions, and encourage our families to do the right thing. This means we have to value what we read and say on blogs, in the news, and in our families.
