The recent article from the Washington Post article titled “The dark side of bottled water” raises several important questions about the effects of distilled water on our health. The main conclusion that can be drawn from this article is that there is certainly a dark side of bottled water and we need to worry about it. In this article I want to look at just a few of the points that this article raises.
It raises the question of whether theIntake Tomato weakened our immune system’s ability to fight diseases better than GMO modified food. Did this also mean that tomatoes made the US diet the sickest and costliest. Cheap and unhealthy? You bet.
It also raises the question of whether the USGA has been influenced by the large drug companies who made money from the exploding drugs market during the past decades. Might this also have something to do with the manipulation of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) during the same time? It also raises the question of whether the USGA has been influenced by the large investors who control the USG corporateabin. I will leave the last question for the readers to decide.
But before we answer the last question, let us first take a glimpse at some of the major companies and their products.
1. Monsanto Company: This company is a pioneer in the production of GMO seeds. In the 1980s, Monsanto developed a new corn seed that contained ‘purposeful’ genes removed from the corn’s own DNA. This produced a new breed of corn that could survive in dry and arid regions but would also cause the evolution of super bugs and the Disappearance of beneficial insects.
2. Butter: Just recently, the FDA approved the sale of the product with the name ‘Butter’ in case you don’t know. Butter has been linked to an increase in the risk of bone loss and is an animal product. Whenever one purchases butter, one additional precaution should be taken. Otherwise, one can be exposed toSplenda, a sugar substitute.

8. Processed Meats: These include meats from the Kosher region (Kashrati) like kosher style, bachnichinium split, blessing chicken and Judaism’s forbidden meats. Meat from these animals may not be eaten, may not touch each other, and may not come in contact with each other.
9. Foods fromForeign Countries: Mexico, China, India and Indonesia are known for their foods of foreign origin. These countries bring a great deal of the flavors and food traditions they have been used to, and have now been genetically altered to produce more crops for the masses to consume.
10. underrated: fermented foods and Asian foods. Many Asian foods have been ignored by the western world. fermented foods such as soy, rice, tempeh, miso and other such products should be included in more western cuisines.
Although some of the items on this list seem to be controversial, I believe that you can find a largely supportive community for most if not all of these. Eating healthy is not yet a big issue in our society, but these foods can make a difference in the future health of many of our citizens.
