O 1 lime, about 1 hour and 30 minutes

O ½ cup of coarse olive oil
O ½ cup of garbanzo beans
O 2 teaspoons of cumin, roasted and ground
O ½ teaspoon of coriander seeds
O 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

O 1 tablespoon of olive oil
O 1 clove of crushed garlic and 1 tablespoon of honey

Start with the Scampi: – In a large bowl combine the lime juice, garlic, cumin, thyme, chili powders, sea salt, black pepper and garlic. Add the chick peas and simmer for 30 minutes. You can also experiment and add other ingredients to the mix to create your own authentic mix.
