Personally I only visit this restaurant with my family sometimes, because I am too busy. But when I do, I try to take my sweet time choosing my meals. I don’t want to be rushing around the restaurant, so I choose meals that can be prepared outdoors, mostly light meat or fish dishes and salad components. For example, I love lamb chop and this is something that can be cooked over the grill.

Another favourite Greek ingredient is olive oil, and conveniently the Professional Chef is available over the internet with a simple application for your mobile phone that cleans up in half the time, and looks like a work of art.
