Jamaica is known for its Blue World beaches and amazing cultural diversity. One of the most interesting facts about this country is that about sixty-five percent of the people do not speak English. Jamaica has also been known for its amazing and interesting Caribbean food, such as the Jamaican bbq, the Jamaican Jerk meat, the Jamaican Scallops and the Jamaican Vegetables.

The cultural diversity of the island is amazing. Theforces of nature, such as ocean, breeze, sea, and sand, make the entire region a dynamic symphony of fresh flavors. In addition, fruits and vegetables are grown in abundance, and many kinds of spices are native to the country. Jamaica has been influenced by other cultures, such as the Spanish, the African, the Indian and the Chinese. All of these cultures, as well as others, have shaped the flavored and spiced flavors of Jamaica.

The two main meals in Jamaica are Adobo and Arroz Con Leche. These are quite different from each other. Adobo is a stew that is made of meat and vegetables. This includes the national fish of Jamaica, theinalingufish, as well as fish cooked in other ways. Some of the well-liked Jamaican fish eaten for meals are pangassius, petrale, bass, bream, whiting and tuna.

•Meat – Jamaicans mainly eat pork and chicken. These are also the most widely used meats in the Caribbean, instead of beef and chicken.

•Eggs – This is the staple food of Jamaica. Eggs are perfectly molded and usually boiled. Other ingredients include bread, meat, coconut and sugar.

•Foods that are not commonly eaten but should be incorporated into your daily meals. These range from soups to salads and main dishes.

•enezia fritas – This is similar to ensaymada, which is a popular breakfast dish in Mexico. It is a crispy, fried food. The most common protein comes from pork, though you can also take your protein from other sources such as chicken, fish or beef.

•fried chicken – This is one of the most popular dishes in Jamaica and is mostly served with fried cabbage, peas and other vegetables. It is also served with a variety of sauces, including curry, ginger, onion and garlic.

•Lime chicken – This is a new dish that was recently introduced into the Jamaican cuisine. It is lime enhanced and is a spicy dish. lime trees are abundant in the Jamaican coastline and rivers. This helps in building up the body of the chef and limes also kill off bacteria.

•Pineapple chicken – This is one of the most widely loved dishes in Jamaica. It involves chicken cooked in a pineapple member. It is commonly served with coconut and curry powder. One can get it at anytime of the day.

•Escoveitch – This is a traditional dish in Jamaica, it involves a stitchedkin of fish on a stick. It is prepared by steaming and is accompanied by rice and cockles.

•Hainanese – This is ajerk that was originally developed by Hainanese people but has gained worldwide prominence.
