The Secrets To Naturally Balanced Eating

The purpose of eating food is for nutrition, not for pleasure. A lunch potato chip will give you a lot of pleasure, but it won’t be good for your health or your weight.

Natural, healthy balance is one of the secrets of our success. But there’s more.

How is food eaten, what we drink with it, how it’s prepared, and what we eat before we eat it all confuse the body. This is why there’s so much illness and disease.

What you eat! Your meals should be balanced if you want to stay healthy. The key to achieving a natural balanced diet is:

Eat

Eat a good breakfast. This should include cereals, milk or yogurt, and maybe some juice.

An early meal will stop you from binge-eating later in the day.

If you want to eat snack, choose a low calorie, high nutrient food.

Some examples are 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice or beans, 1 piece of fruit, 1-2 hard boiled eggs, a couple spoon full of peanut butter, nut butter, or even a smoothie.

Go a long way to choosing natural, whole grains, and low processed food. These are the best choices for health.

Unfortunately, the American diet is not as natural as it once was. Once ground everything became so highly processed, the use of pesticides and chemical additives were needed to produce food longer and with greater quality.

But this has all changed. More people are getting back to the natural way of preparing food, and increasing consumption of raw honey, barley, and fish which are packed with omega 3 fatty acids.

But you don’t have to give up treats like chips, ice cream, cookies, and pastry. You can eat them in moderation, and switch from one plate to two or three.

It’s even very possible to have a natural, healthy diet, and still enjoy all the great fast food outlets around you. They only use the most healthy ingredients, and they offer a lot of choice for cooking methods.

You can even have your pizza and fries with vegetables toppings!

Many people who decide to try following this plan, after initially running into problems, eventually find a level of success on it. You can have your steak and potatoes, your favorite snacks, and have no guilt!

Even our family, who weren’t all that health-conscious before, have become much more conscious of their health.

And it all started with one tasty choice…

If you still have a hard time deciding which is healthy and which isn’t, try choosing both.

It’s not always easy to switch from a poor quality diet to a good one, but the difference is that poor quality foods usually have many preservatives, and chemicals.

You can relax your watch as much as possible on the watch that you choose to live it. Just because the clock ticks slower doesn’t mean your body can’t tell you when it’s wrong.

Remember that you have the greatest chance of staying healthy once you’ve made the decision to change. It’s easier to make that decision if you know what the risks are.

There are risks… they aren’t really that serious. They’re not going to kill you. They’re not going to drop dead. In fact, the opposite is true.

The couple of real risks are…

A) Pharmaceutical or restaurant adulteration. This is important because these foods are the cheapest for you to buy. They’re also the cheapest to make. Cooking them won’t destroy the nutritients you want to get from them. But… they may be hard for you to maintain.

B) Unhealthy fillings. Feel free to ask for all the info you need on the junk that’s pushed into children with processed foods. We can tell you. It’s bad.

No matter how good the fillings are, processed foods lack nutrition. Their tastes areimentary, but not nutrient-dense. They fill your belly, which isn’t satisfying if you eat too much.

They’re marketed to the lowest common denominator. There’s nothing else out there that looks as good.

What foods are likely to go bad are, again, the ones packed with things you can’t live without.

So, if you want to eat the best diet… use your eyes.

Look for food that looks like what it’s made up of.

Notice that the picture on the box is a close-up shot of a food. Generally, that’s because it will cost you less to eat. It’s also likely to have less of the things you have to live without.
